Who I am

Shot Supreme is the trading name of Yaroslav Olieinikov, a videographer based in Lisbon, Portugal. I am responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: yaroslav.olieinikov@gmail.com

What data I collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), company (optional), project details, shoot date and budget.

When you email or message me: whatever you choose to send.

When you visit the site: basic technical data such as browser, device and pages visited, collected by analytics cookies — only if you accept them.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. To deliver the project and issue invoices if we work together. To understand how the website is used.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations such as invoicing, and your consent for analytics cookies.

Who else processes it

Squarespace hosts this website and the contact form. Google provides my email. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard legal safeguards.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become a project: up to 12 months. Client and invoicing records: for as long as Portuguese tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just email me. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
